🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
We are expanding our delivery network, and new areas are added regularly.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.).

💰 Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs 999.
Orders below the free shipping threshold may incur a small shipping fee, shown at checkout.

📤 Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message
A tracking link to monitor the status of your package

🚫 Delays or Delivery Failures

In rare cases, if your order is delayed or undelivered due to:

Incorrect address or contact information
Recipient unavailability
Courier issues

We will reach out to resolve the issue, but HEALTH RATNA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.

📦 Damaged or Leaked Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered, please:

Take clear photos or video of the package
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will verify and arrange a refund or replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy
