At HEALTH RATNA, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of our fresh food products. Please read our order cancellation terms below:

❌ Order Cancellation Rules

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
To cancel, contact us immediately at support@healthratna.com or call us at +91-9468408529.
Once an order is dispatched or packed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

💳 Refund for Canceled Orders

If a prepaid order is canceled within the allowed time, your full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
COD orders are simply not processed if canceled in time.

🚫 Cancellation by HEALTH RATNA

We reserve the right to cancel your order in rare cases, such as:

Product out of stock
Incomplete or unverifiable delivery address
Suspected fraudulent activity

You will be notified via email/SMS/WhatsApp and the full amount will be refunded (if prepaid).
