Return & Refund Policy

At HEALTH RATNA, we take great care in delivering quality food products like makhana, dry fruits, seeds, and flavored snacks. As we deal in consumable items, we do not accept returns of any products once delivered, to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.
🚫 Return Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances.
However, if the item you received is:
- Damaged
- Expired
- Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
You may raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:
- A clear image or video of the issue
- The original packaging and invoice
We will review your complaint and resolve it through a refund or replacement based on the case.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed in the following cases:
- Product is expired, leaked, or broken on arrival
- Wrong item was shipped
- Order was canceled before dispatch
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
🔄 Replacement Policy
We may offer replacement for damaged, expired, or incorrect items. To qualify:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Image or video proof is mandatory
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, before dispatch
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated as per the Refund Policy
